I am a fit, happy, healthy, caring person. As a Massage Therapist, the health and well being of my Clients is of paramount importance to me. I think my own life experiences, both the negative as well as the positive, have given me an even deeper understanding of how even a small imbalance in our lives can have a huge impact on how we function on a daily basis, as well as affecting those around us. So for me, massage is a great way for me to help facilitate and encourage the health, fitness and well being of my Clients.

Top2Toe Massage at Manchester 10k

Once again an absolute pleasure to have given pre and post sports massages to runners at the Manchester 10k on Sunday 10 May 2015 in support of the North West Stroke Association. A very special thanks to Rebecca Owen, North West Regional Fund Raiser for once again inviting me to help out. I met so many wonderful people, and I can't wait to do it all again next year, although I might even run myself this time.
